Premier Canine Coaching – Family Dog Training for Greater Kansas City Area

Hey there!

I’m John, a family dog trainer in Lee’s Summit, MO specializing in behavior solutions for rambunctious, aggressive, and/or fearful dogs. I provide in-home private lessons all over the Kansas City metro area, from Olathe to Blue Springs, from Gladston to Belton, everywhere between, and much more.

Approaching a decade of training dogs, what drives me is the transformations I have seen time and time again in the households I’ve worked with. These families simply want to enjoy their dog the way they had imagined, but it’s not always so easy without the right help.

My passion in this work is motivated by that sigh of relief I see every day. Eliminating the chaos caused by a dog with behavior problems, allowing folks to experience dog ownership in a positive and fulfilling way… that’s why I train dogs.

Having helped hundreds of dogs, I love sharing my experience and training system so that others can make the most of their relationship with their dog.

When I’m not training dogs (and their humans), my wife and I enjoy walks in the forest and playing tug-of-war with our adopted pit bull, Maxine, as well as anything related to the consumption or production of great food, including a small hobby farm, home-brewing, and winemaking.
